By using PromptRefiner, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service scope

PromptRefiner provides web and extension features for rewriting prompts used in third-party AI chat tools.

3. Accounts and billing

• You are responsible for account security and activity.
• Paid plans are processed by Stripe and renew based on selected billing cycles.
• Plan limits (such as monthly generation counts) apply as defined in the active plan.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use the service for unlawful or harmful activity.
• You remain responsible for the content you submit and generate.

5. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms as the product evolves.

6. Limitation of liability

PromptRefiner is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the service.
